Condos

The Channel Islands Beaches have two large condominium complexes with full amenities, Harborwalk and The Colony.  Numerous small associations of two to sixteen units also exist.  HarborsWest is a sixteen unit development.

 Oxnard Shores aka Mandalay Shores has many small associations, typically three to five units.  The largest association there has twelve units. Silverstrand has a total of only seven units.

Another large complex with numerous amenities, Harbor Island, is located on channels in Mandalay Bay.  Boat slips there may be rented by owners.

Mandalay Bay has large numbers of townhomes with boat docks.  This is a Planned Unit Development (PUD), not a condominium development.  The properties are attached homes where fee simple ownership includes the unit and the land it occupies.  There are no homeowner dues.  This site categorizes these townhomes under "Mandalay Bay/Homes".
