"Hollywood Beach Is Easy To Reach" Hollywood Beach is a small peninsula surrounded by water. The Pacific Ocean rolls along the westerly shoreline. Channel Islands Harbor with restaurants and 2500 boat slips graces the easterly side. Entrance to the harbor runs across the peninsula tip. Length of the peninsula is little more than a mile. Width is about a quarter mile. A walk to the beach or to the harbor is about five minutes from any location. The wide sandy beach is peaceful & quiet. There is a variety of architecture which runs the gamut from vintage beach cottages & condominiums to spectacular oceanfront homes. Prices range from $300,000 for a small condo up to $4,000,000 for a new oceanfront home. The area is very laidback, exuding charm & character. The slogan at the top of page is from a 1920's sales brochure.
