Silver Strand & Hollywood By the Sea

Silver Strand & Hollywood By the Sea are small beaches subdivided in the 1920's, adjacent to the southerly side of the Main Channel for the Channel Islands Marina.  Total length of these two areas is approximately 1.5 miles.  Width is one to three blocks.  Architecture & prices vary from a cute beach cottage for $650,000 up to $3,500,000 for a choice oceanfront home.

View large cargo ships passing to and from the deep water port at Port Hueneme, just south of Silver Strand.  Sailing yachts and power boats pass by on their way to the Channel Islands of Anacapa & Santa Cruz, only 14 miles off the coast.
